Ths one is better if you read the story behind it (http://www.marvco.com/) :

COMMON TONGUE

Cara Marcy

Sometimes when dialogue between us rolls,
my love looks at me with a pity's eye,
ashamed for my manner which is droll,
with common tongue to be wise.

My lover, although care, he does think me
to be a fool in clothes fit for a king,
with words not understood but I still speak,
so only to appease and earn his ring.

Alas, my jaw in motion ever set,
with words, to him, could never be my own;
instead stolen from a book or man I met,
a sin, of which in church, I must atone.

Although disdain he does look unto me,
For his lowbrow life I forgive in he.

..
everytime I come home, it's cloudy and twenty degrees cooler. it's alright at work though; I feel I'm wasting the day if it's sunny and 70, and I'm in pouring coffee for the countertop evangelists with their Jesus Saves business cards. Dear Sinner, they say. Decaf? I ask.

I have two weeks left and I still don't know how this is going to work. So...what exactly do you plan on doing after college? dad asked me last week. I didn't have the heart to tell him.

I start training to be a waitress on may 16th*. feel free to make any wait staff/theatre jokes that apply.

* that's right folks, may 16th...what a day!
