hey mickey was the first music video I ever saw. back before the channels changed, when abc family was just the family channel, when they played cartoons on thanksgiving and memorial day, I came across mtv on the way to nickelodeon. I don't know if it was the catchy refrain or the human pyramid that caught my attention at such a young age, but hey mickey was definetely my first music video.

this is relevant. it came on the radio today at work and I still remembered all the words.
