today we burst into song on the walk to english, singing in the street. I was inspired, and we went around the rest of the day with lyrics playing in our heads.

in english, he honored the holy trinity of 412 and sought me out after class to say, just mentioning, by the way, I loved your paper. not once did he say to, kindly, go to hell.

in what I can honestly name the most delightful theatre history class of the semester, I sat in the dark for 20 minutes before my bedraggled classmates stumbled in on their two and a half hours of sleep. (business class papers and rocky horror picture show, ahh, I see.) and oh, how we laughed when he passed back the term papers. seven and a half pages of pristine typeset, no notes or corrections, nothing. a couple lonely question marks over the gaps in his knowledge of greek culture. we laughed, and added two more tally marks to our chart.
